At Kinetic, our Managing Director David B’bade has over 13 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, covering multiple sectors including, commercial, logistics, industrial, and finance. He prides himself on being a motivational leader, working closely with people to lead develop and achieve best practice results through collaboration. Commercially astute with proven ability to design and deliver initiatives that support businesses at both strategic and tactical levels, with strong communication and influencing skills across all tiers.
